According to the Public Relations Office of The Association of Tea Producers, Traders and Tea Packaging Industry of Iran, the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran announced the organization of the International Food Exhibition (UzFood) and stated that, pursuant to Article 5, Clause 3 of the Articles of Association of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, and with the approval and consent of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran for the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran Pavilion by Adra International Trade and Events Management Company, the event has been authorized in accordance with the exhibition regulations applicable in Iran.

In this regard, Amir Bozorg-Rad, Director General of the Office for Central Asia, the Caucasus and Russia at the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, informed the relevant authorities in a letter and announced that:

The 2026 UzFood International Exhibition will be held in Tashkent from April 3 to 5, 2026, under the license issued by the Organization. The relevant authorities are kindly requested to inform stakeholders and relevant industry professionals accordingly and to report the outcome to this office.

It is worth noting that, for nearly a quarter of a century, UzFood has been one of the most prestigious and leading exhibitions of the food industry in Uzbekistan.

The exhibition will feature B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government) meetings. In addition to food products, a wide range of equipment and technologies will also be showcased, including machinery, raw materials, ready-made packaging, production technologies and many other related products and services. Almost all equipment and technologies presented at the exhibition are expected to be successfully adopted in domestic food production and processing facilities in the future.

The exhibition is officially supported by the following institutions:

• The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Competition Development and Industry of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Representatives from 30 countries will participate in the exhibition.
