According to the Public Relations Office of The Association of Tea Producers, Traders and Tea Packaging Industry of Iran, Ahmad Khani Nowzari, Deputy Minister for Commercial Development at the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, emphasized the updating of the undertaking form required for the registration of orders for agricultural goods in a letter addressed to the Managing Director of the Livestock Affairs Support Company, the Managing Director of the Government Trading Corporation, and several private-sector associations, including The Association of Tea Producers, Traders and Tea Packaging Industry of Iran.

The letter states that all importers of agricultural goods, regardless of the source of foreign currency financing—including preferential, barter, NIMA, or private currency sources (from deposits, exports, etc.)—must comply with the provisions of the attached undertaking form and have it notarized and uploaded to the relevant files in the Comprehensive Trade System.

It is evident that in the event of failure to comply with the above requirements, importers will bear full responsibility for all resulting consequences.
